Dear Valued Aetna Member,
We appreciate your trust in HealthySkin Dermatology for your dermatological needs. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to discuss necessary adjustments to our contract, Aetna has been unwilling to engage further.
After 16 years without contract updates despite rising costs, we regret to inform you that we must terminate our agreement with Aetna. This decision is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our practice.
What this means for you:
1. Continuity of Care: We're happy to continue serving you until May 26, 2024, under our current agreement. After this date, we welcome you under our self-pay rates.
2. Taking Action: If you wish to voice your opinion, contact Aetna directly to express your desire to continue with HealthySkin Dermatology.
