Excellent experience and I've been to many doctors for many years and for many reasons.

This was my first visit with Dr. Eisen.  She had been highly recommended, but she surpassed my expectations. She was efficient, practical and understanding - extremely professional.

I was very nervous since I had reporting this mole to MD over many years but was reassured that it was okay.  It was only after visiting a friend with a history of 4 Melanomas over 50 years encouraged me to have a different specific 'mole' looked at, that I made an appointment with the MD but saw his PA instead who immediately made the referral to Healthy Skin Dermatology.  Four moles were removed in the office painlessly and sent for biopsies. One came back as a superficial melanoma. I now understand that an 'innocent' mole in the past can become a melanoma and not to take them lightly.

Steve was very friendly and professional. I hate the thought of someone having to closely examine my wrinkled up skin - I'm very modest as well. Steve put me at ease by asking me questions and just talking to me while examining me. He didn't rush me but gave me the impression he truly cared. As he was conducting a small procedure, he kept asking if I was OK and made the procedure absolutely painless! I was very impressed with Steve!! I would highly recommend him anytime! Your receptionists and assistants were also very professional.

Mr. Mortenson is an excellent professional. He is knowledgeable and informative and explains everything that will be done. He is personable and affable .He makes certain the patient is comfortable and makes time for questions. I have had a few visits with him and will request him when I need additional services.

Dr. Eisen finally was able to put me on a regimen of over the counter medications for a rash I've had for weeks with itching that kept me up all night. Another provider could not find something to give me relief or get rid of the rash and I was frustrated. After 2 days the itching is gone and the rash is disappearing. I've been seeing Dr. Eisen for several years and she is an excellent dermatologist!
